Fiona and James welcome you to Bay Lodge Guest House. 

Situated in an ideal position on the seafront opposite the Redoubt Napoleonic Fortress. It is just half a mile to the Pier and close to local shops and restaurants.

We have a self-contained, self-catering two bedroom lower ground floor apartment, which sleeps up to four (breakfast not included). The apartment has a separate entrance (via several steps), hallway, a king-size bedroom, a single bedroom, a large living-room with double sofa bed, full kitchen, dining area, bathroom and separate WC. A small rear patio garden is available for use by apartment guests.

We also have three Bed & Breakfast rooms: one single, one king-size double, and one room which can be a king-size double, king-size twin or a family room. There are 5 steps up to the front door and there is one more flight of stairs to room 3. All of the rooms have en-suite facilities with a shower. Each room has a flat screen television with a fire tv stick, a well-stocked hospitality tray, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Full English breakfast is served each day with vegetarian options available, as well as fresh fruit, yoghurts and cereals.

Free wifi is available throughout the building. At the rear there is parking for three cars (please note spaces cannot be reserved and parking is at owner's risk) and parking is free on the side roads. Lockable bike storage can be available by arrangement.

Eastbourne, officially the sunniest place in the UK, has much to offer; miles of pebble beach, a Victorian Pier, a level promenade, a variety of shops and restaurants, four theatres, crazy golf, parks, dotto train and leisure facilities to name a few. It is also next to the South Downs National Park with miles of walks and beautiful countryside. Eastbourne also plays host to international tennis, a four-day free airshow, conferences, Magnificient Motors, Beer and Cider by the Sea, the Beachy Head Marathon and much more.
