In the event of cancellation any time during the TWO DAYS BEFORE THE DAY THE BOOKING STARTS, you will be charged the cost of your first night's booking. If you cancel before the two days there are no charges. If you do not cancel and you do not show up for your booking you will be charged the total cost of the booking. The Bay Lodge guarantees to reserve your accommodation for the dates required. In the event of cancellation by the Bay Lodge you will be offered alternative accommodation at a similar establishment, and any additional travelling or accommodation costs will be reimbursed.
Unfortunately for bookings made through our website, we have to take a £5 deposit to validate your card. This is due to a EU regulation which was introduced in September 2019.
